Responsibilities :

• Deliver the highest quality food and service by following company recipes consistently.
• Demonstrate and promote The RANCH culture, positively representing the company.
• Embrace teamwork within the restaurant to create a positive work environment.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
• Maintain high standards of food quality as established by the Executive Chef.
• Properly execute all recipes.
• Perform all duties efficiently during high-volume, high-pressure service.
• Execute food production and plating according to specifications and timing.
• Keep the station clean, organized, and clutter-free at all times.

Requirements :

Pay rate : $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
