What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, briefing materials, and staff documentation in support of program reviews and working groupsManage contract deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionSupport the development and formatting of technical and program documentation in compliance with government standardsAssist in coordinating program activities, tracking action items, and supporting task completionMaintain and organize contract documentation and files in government collaboration systems such as SharePoint and TeamsWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical support, documentation, or program coordination roles supporting DoD or federal programsDemonstrated experience preparing meeting minutes, reports, and briefing materials for senior audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Certifications in technical writing, documentation, or SharePoint administration are desirable but not requiredExperience with Adobe Acrobat for document formatting and PDF preparationFamiliarity with collaboration and task management tools (SharePoint, Teams, project trackers)We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
