What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, briefing materials, and staff documentation in support of program reviews and working groups
  • Manage contract deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Support the development and formatting of technical and program documentation in compliance with government standards
  • Assist in coordinating program activities, tracking action items, and supporting task completion
  • Maintain and organize contract documentation and files in government collaboration systems such as SharePoint and Teams
  • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical support, documentation, or program coordination roles supporting DoD or federal programs
  • Demonstrated experience preparing meeting minutes, reports, and briefing materials for senior audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Certifications in technical writing, documentation, or SharePoint administration are desirable but not required
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat for document formatting and PDF preparation
  • Familiarity with collaboration and task management tools (SharePoint, Teams, project trackers)
