BayCare is currently in search of our newest outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant Pool / PRN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. BayCare HealthHub (Bloomingdale) , is an innovative, high-tech health and wellness destination designed to make life better for residents in the greater Brandon area and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes
