Overview

The HSE Digital Video Team is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Part-Time Video Editor to help bring our brand content to life. This role will support the production team by editing a wide range of content, from quick-turn social clips to longer player personality pieces, ensuring all deliverables meet the Hornets’ high standards of quality and entertainment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Edit and deliver engaging video content for multiple platforms (social, digital, in-arena, broadcast).
  • Assemble and edit raw footage into different, structured content series that fit templates and can be enhanced by graphics, music or other visual effects.
  • Turn multiple projects over quickly to ensure efficiency in content delivery.
  • Collaborate with producers, shooters, and designers to maintain consistency with Hornets’ brand and creative vision.
  • Balance multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ensure all exports are polished, technically sound, and optimized for platform-specific requirements.

    • Required Skills, Experience, And Abilities

  • Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and Davinci a plus).
  • Ability to adapt quickly, juggle priorities, and deliver under pressure.
  • A creative eye for pacing, storytelling, and detail.
  • Team-first mindset, aligned with Hornets’ values of hustle, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Availability to work flexible, part-time hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
