Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Guidance : You will meet with families to arrange "at-need" (immediate need) and "pre-need" (pre-planning) services, helping them select burial space, memorialization options, and funeral packages.

Family Support : You act as a guide and advisor, providing knowledge about the funeral process and helping families make informed decisions while offering comfort and empathy.

Customer Service : You will provide courteous and knowledgeable service, address customer inquiries, and manage follow-up communications with client families.

Administrative Tasks : This includes managing the front office, scheduling services, and maintaining client information and records.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications :

Sales Acumen : The role is a sales-oriented position, requiring an ability to guide families through the sales process and close deals for funeral and burial services.

Customer Service : You will need strong customer service skills to assist families effectively and manage relationships with clients.

Empathy & Communication : Excellent communication and strong empathy are crucial for supporting families through their grief.

Organization : You should be organized to manage multiple client interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) : For the Family Service Advisor (Sales) position at San Jacinto , bilingual skills are REQUIRED
