As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a distinguished hotel location, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Your visible presence and exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, while you support the hotel's day-to-day operations. Mon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within hotel and resort environments.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, including both interior and exterior areas, to help deter potential unwanted activity and report any irregularities.

Assist guests, visitors, and staff with questions, directions, and security-related concerns as needed.

Complete and submit detailed incident and / or daily activity reports in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure environment for guests and staff.

Support emergency response procedures, including evacuation and / or medical assistance as required by site-specific policies.

Communicate promptly with hotel management and / or Allied Universal supervisors regarding any issues, incidents, or security-related concerns observed during patrols.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

A valid security guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
