POSITION SUMMARY
A Superintendent (E9) is the primary jobsite supervisor responsible for employees involved in the installation, alteration, addition, and / or repair of electrical systems on small- to mid-sized projects where complex coordination is required.
Responsibilities include :
- Oversee and manage all electrical production and craft workers.
- Partner with project managers on estimates and planning.
- Coordinate work schedules and resource allocation.
- Interface with general contractors and clients on project performance.
- Ensure safety and compliance with all safety protocols.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reports and documentation.
