Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) - $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Prairie Village Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. As an LPN, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Schedule : Full-Time | 7A–7P | Every Other Weekend Required

Pay Rate : $35.00–$41.00 / hour

Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN) Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents.

Promptly assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions.

Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and family members.

Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.

Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN) Qualifications

Active Illinois LPN license required.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities.

Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).
