Position Overview

The Senior Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems in various industrial applications. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in PLC programming and engineering to optimize system performance and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop control systems for various applications
  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs to enhance system functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system designs
  • Conduct maintenance and upgrades on existing control systems
  • Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls engineering
  • Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of maintenance practices and engineering principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
