The Commercial Roofing Operational Support Manager is responsible for inspiring their team toward a common goal and purpose. This includes coaching, mentoring, supporting, and empowering personnel. Duties and responsibilities include ensuring a World-Class safety culture, compliance with company policies, supporting branch operations, understanding human resources, involvement with departmental personnel, customer centric practices, and best practices associated with quality assurance and quality control.

Minimum Qualifications
Education : Minimum High School Graduate / College PreferredYears of Experience : 5 years of management experience of 10 or more people (construction or roofing a plus)Driver's License : RequiredComputer Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SchedulingMust Speak English, Spanish is a plusKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
