Bachelor’s degree in Education, valid state Teaching license or certification, and 1+ years Teaching experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Dynamic and engaging MLL (Multi-Language Learner) educators are needed to support students in a K-12 educational environment in Cranston, RI. This contract position entails fostering a conducive learning atmosphere for diverse language learners, enabling them to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on ESL or related field
  • Valid teaching certification in ESL or equivalent
  • Proven experience working with K-12 students, particularly in diverse settings
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective curriculum tailored to MLL students
  • Familiarity with various instructional strategies for language acquisition

Location : Cranston, RI

Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the varied needs of MLL students
  • Assess and evaluate students progress, providing timely feedback and support
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, staff, and families to promote a positive learning environment
