30-45 day credentialing
Will cover clinic, on -call , and OR time requesting 1 week p / month minimum
Schedule
Preferably Monday-Sunday
Monday, Tuesday GI Procedures all day
Wednesday AM procedures / PM clinic
Thursday and Friday clinic all day 8 : 30-5 : 00 with an unpaid lunch break
Call Monday -Sunday night call
