Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering. You’ll streamline production processes, implement engineering changes, and boost safety, quality, and delivery performance in an ISO 9001 environment.
Manufacturing Engineer | What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to production lines : tooling, routers, labor standards, and make-vs-buy analyses
- Assess product design changes in the PLM system and plan low-impact rollouts
- Develop and justify business cases; write AFEs for funding requests
- Design process improvements with SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis
- Document engineering activities, performance metrics, and maintain ISO-compliant records
Manufacturing Engineer | What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university5+ years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)Expertise with PLM tools, engineering prints, and MS OfficeProven skills in SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysisStrong communicator, team player, and adept problem solverU.S. citizen or permanent residentManufacturing Engineer | The Perks
