Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily customer service operations and support team members
Ensure compliance with Federal and HIPAA regulations while training new hires
Provide backup for customer service functions and maintain communication with management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Experience with multi-line phone systems and proficiency in MS Office
Ability to pass annual HIPAA examination and a 90-day ROI Certification course
