Opportunity : RN - OR Job Details : - Coordinate and manage safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care for surgical patients throughout the perioperative process - Work in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases - Provide support, education, and direct care to patients - Act as liaison between surgical team and patient families / support systems - May serve as Circulating Nurse, 1st Scrub (Instrument) Nurse, and / or 2nd Scrub (Assistant) Nurse depending on experience and training - Must have Cerner EMR experience - Gastroenterology / Endoscopy Lab experience required - Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT surgical procedures and interventional pain management required - Graduate of an accredited RN program required (BSN desired but not required) - Current Colorado RN licensure in good standing required - Required certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, CNOR - Use comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach working closely with entire surgical team Facility : This medical center provides comprehensive surgical services with a focus on patient-family centered care throughout the perioperative process.
