Flooring Field Superintendent - East Valley

Encore Design Services is looking for an experienced Flooring Field Superintendent who is looking to build a long-term relationship and career. The qualified candidate shall be responsible for managing flooring installation crews and subcontractors in new home residential construction in day-to-day activities to drive successful project outcomes. Strong industry knowledge, time management skills, and communication abilities are essential. The qualified candidate will support the Project Management / Operations team in scheduling, as well as work directly with builders, flooring contractors and flooring vendors. Responsibilities :

• Perform pre and post inspections to ensure on time installations and quality, managing multiple tracks and builders.
• Manage tile, carpet, and surround installations for new home construction residential home builders.
• Work with flooring installers on their daily installations.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction.

Job Status : Open

Salary : $55,000-$65,000 per year

Duty Hours : 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, Some Saturdays as Needed
