Maintain and foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral businessAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by conducting customer interviews and actively listening to their wants and needsContinuously develop product knowledge and product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies, becoming an industry expertHandle incoming customer inquiriesPerform various forms of outbound prospecting and follow up dailyPerform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new / used vehiclesOvercome objections and thrive within sales situationsReport directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysesLearn from constructive criticism and adapt accordinglyBring your A game along with a positive attitude and mindset to work with you every dayQualifications
