Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Insurance Support

Location : Sunrise, FL | Onsite

Join a leading insurance provider where your communication skills and empathy can truly make a difference for customers navigating their coverage needs.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • $18 / hour starting pay
  • Potential to earn up to $21.50 / hour with certifications and role promotions
  • Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM
  • W2, Full-Time

ROLE IMPACT

This customer-centric position acts as a central point of contact between policyholders, internal teams, and field agents. You’ll deliver fast, accurate service responses, resolve client concerns, and contribute to a smooth insurance experience—building trust and retention with every interaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage inbound service calls and inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Liaise with customers, internal departments, and agents to resolve issues quickly
  • Deliver accurate information regarding policy status and next steps
  • Document interactions and conduct follow-up within compliance standards
  • Support clients with product questions and guide them toward appropriate resources
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in insurance or a regulated environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Prior experience with property and casualty insurance
  • Strong multitasking and critical thinking abilities
  • Calm, professional demeanor in high-volume service environments
