What You Will Do
Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Engineer, Production Test Engineering Transformation Lead . The role will own test transformation initiatives including CORE Continuous Improvement (CI) Days, COPQ (cost-of-poor-quality) projects, FPY (first pass-yield related projects at the Middletown Engine Center, and New Product Introduction such as the PW1900.
Middletown has eight test stands and currently supports testing the F135, F100, V2500-A5 / E5, PW4000 94", PW1100G-JM NEO and GTFA, and PW800 MRO. Execution of these projects to drive process control will dramatically improve the company's quality and delivery signature. This is a 1st shift "on-site" role.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
