Senior Director of MDUs

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Multiple Dwelling Units.

Key Responsibilities

Drive thought leadership and execution in providing telecommunications services to MDUs

Establish and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, and developers

Oversee the administration and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred

10+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Proven experience in the MDU market and understanding of telecommunications services

Strong strategic planning and market research skills

Experience with contract administration and management
