What You'll Do :
Program and integrate control systems including PLC, OIT, HMI, Reporting, and Alarming software
Develop PLC, OIT, and SCADA system programs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with field control systems
Provide technical support to address equipment and process challenges
Lead startup activities and compile progress reports
Review and interpret control panel drawings, network drawings, and I / O lists
Collaborate in QC reviews with a focus on programming quality and philosophy
What We're Looking For :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5–8 years of experience in PLC / OIT / HMI programming or related roles
Advanced knowledge of PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text) and HMI software
Experience with instrumentation and control systems in the water / wastewater industry (a plus)
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Leadership and mentoring ability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
