Job Description

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a small team of sales executives focused on new and renewalrevenue, achieving monthly sales quotas and mentoring
  • The Sales Manager must be comfortable working on sales strategy with the CEO and utilizing dashboards / reports / tracking to present and identify opportunities for growth
  • The Sales Manager needs to be able to lead and coach throughout the entire sales cycle from initial contact through delivery.

They are on a confidential search for a Sales Director to lead and mentor their sales team while growing market share.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of experience selling IT services, managed services or professional services
  • 3-5+ years of sales management experience
  • Ideal candidates will have experience selling into the government and an understanding of the government contracting process

    • Location : Reporting to an office 5 days a week in the South Shore, MA market (Greater Providence, RI / Brockton, MA)
