What you'll do :

Market Engagement : Be the face of Premier in your market, focusing on Commercial Community Management.

Relationship Building : Forge strong connections with Community Association Managers and Board Directors, earning preferred vendor status.

Sales Leadership : Manage a pipeline with sales cycles of 3-12 months and nurture relationships to close contracts.

Impactful Presentations : Deliver compelling pitches to decision-makers and board members, showcasing Premier's value.

Team Collaboration : Partner with the estimating team to support clients through every step of the process.

What You Bring :

Experience : 3+ years of B2B sales or business development with a proven track record of closing contracts.

Skills : Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite, exceptional communication, and a consultative sales approach.

Education : Bachelor's degree preferred.

Mindset : Goal-oriented, resourceful, and skilled in overcoming objections and negotiating contracts.
