Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients—gather feedback, schedule shoots, and ensure clear, timely communication. Oversee client social media accounts. Coordinate content shoots. Capture UGC Content. Assist in shaping content concepts, pitches, and proposals. Experience in creative operations, project management, or social media management. Strong knowledge of Instagram and social media marketing. Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and basic video editors. Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing experience required. Strong eye for creative direction and design aesthetics. Comfortable on-set and familiar with photo / video production environments. Bonus : experience with luxury / hospitality brands. Highly organized and proactive—you anticipate needs before they arise. Strong creative taste and ability to protect a luxury, minimal aesthetic. Solutions-oriented and calm under pressure. Entrepreneurial mindset : eager to build systems, not just follow them. Location : Santa Barbara, CA – hybrid role : in-studio and on-set for shoots, with flexible remote hours for strategy, scheduling, and editing. Compensation : Hourly, depending on experience and skills. Schedule : Flexible weekday hours with occasional evenings or weekends for shoots / events. Status : Part-Time, 20–25 hours per week to start (with potential to grow). We create world-class photo / video content and manage premium social media accounts. We are scaling quickly and need a highly organized, creatively minded operator to own our day-to-day execution.
Role Overview
You will run the internal engine of Bravado Creative—managing projects, overseeing client social media, and ensuring shoots and deliverables are planned and executed. This is a hybrid role that blends operations, production coordination, and creative oversight.
