Amentum is seeking an Operations Site Manager to join our team to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWCCD) for the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) program. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to ensuring Fleet readiness and operational excellence by providing data-driven solutions, enhancing Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments, and delivering innovative engineering and cybersecurity capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manages the activities of training sites.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures as well as ensures compliance with these procedures.
• Evaluates activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• May coordinate communication between different functions.
• Manages subordinate employees in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• Ensures that project / department milestones / goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
