Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled General Laborers for projects located in Lebanon, TN . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25 / hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a General Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to further your career!

Job Scope :

  • Provide labor support for specialty crew and willing to cross train
  • Operate heavy machinery which includes, company vehicles, skid steers, paver, roller, milling machine, grader and etc...
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties assigned

Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in paving milling grading and / or seal-coating and striping is a highly preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
