You’ll work with pre-qualified leads—no cold calling—helping individuals and families secure the life insurance coverage they need.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with warm, inbound leads to assess client needs

Educate clients on available life insurance options

Recommend customized coverage solutions through a consultative approach

Guide clients through the application and approval process

Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in our CRM system

Build trust and long-term client relationships through excellent service

Compensation :

This is a 1099 commission-only role. Sales Consultants typically earn $4,000–$8,000 / month, with top performers earning $12,000+ / month.
