The Project Manager will be responsible for : Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals align with specifications.Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and success.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns promptly.Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project milestones effectively.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.Identify and resolve potential issues that could impact project delivery.The Successful Applicant
A strong understanding of construction processes and best practices, particularly in multifamily projects.Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with construction software and tools to streamline project management tasks.A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on all projects.What's on Offer
