    • Job Description

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for : Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals align with specifications.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns promptly.
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project milestones effectively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues that could impact project delivery.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • A strong understanding of construction processes and best practices, particularly in multifamily projects.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools to streamline project management tasks.
  • A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on all projects.
