Role : Financial Site Leader

Take charge of financial operations and accounting for our dynamic team in Monticello. In your role, you will lead daily to monthly financial tasks, be integral in closings, and guide the team through your knowledge and mentorship.

Key Highlights :

• Consolidating standard costs and conducting analyses
• P&L performance assessment
• Budget and forecast discrepancies analysis
• Strategic recommendations for financial improvements
• Promoting CAPEX initiatives and managing evaluations
• Supporting budget formulation each year
• Handling daily transactions within ERP systems
• Advocating for procedural enhancements
• Key presence in closing procedures and statement preparation
• Compiling monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Projecting and managing cash needs
• Summarizing accounting system functionality
• Directing audit processes internally / externally
• Managing special projects as needs arise
