  • Hiring Bonuses :
  • Option 1 :
  • Initial Sign-On Bonus : $1,475 with Hazmat Endorsement or $1,300 without (for qualified candidates)
  • Opportunity for additional $600 after 30 days with a qualifying safety record
  • Orientation Pay
  • Option 2 :
  • Initial Sign-On Bonus : $1,125
  • Orientation Pay
  • Additional Pay Opportunities :
  • Band Pay for short lengths of haul
  • CSA Safety Bonus : $875 (Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 plus 8 hours Paid Time Off every 90 days
  • On-Road Safety Bonus : $600 every 90 days
  • Annual Anniversary Bonus : $100 for each year of continuous service
  • Detention pay after 1 hour
  • Premium pay for Hazmat loads

  • Qualifications :
  • Valid and current Class A CDL
  • Minimum 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (6 months acceptable if teaming with an experienced driver)
  • No DWIs in the past 7 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation
  • No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
  • No drug test refusals or failures
  • Tractor Information :
  • Late-model Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors
  • Automatic transmissions, 1500-Watt inverters, refrigerators, flat-screen TVs, microwaves
  • Speed governed for safety
  • Equipped with features for comfort and convenience
  • Trailer Information :
  • 53' Wabash and Great Dane trailers with SkyBitz tracking and aerodynamic features
