What Youll Do

As a Production Associate, youll rotate through a variety of roles in our baking, packaging, and dishwashing departments. Every day brings a chance to learn something new and improve how we work together. Tasks include :

• Operating food processing equipment
• Folding and assembling boxes
• Removing baked product from cake pans
• Washing dishes and production tools
• Packing and stacking finished product
• Following hygiene and safety procedures
• Participating in continuous improvement. We encourage team members to make small improvements every day - just 2 seconds faster, simpler, safer, or smarter
