Interim Cath Lab Manager Needed

The Position

An Interim Cath Lab Manager is needed to lead clinical and operational oversight of two Cath Labs, one of which is under construction as a hybrid OR suite. Reporting to the Cath Lab Director, this leader will oversee 30 FTEs. Key responsibilities include managing the STEMI process, improving operational efficiency, supporting staff development, and reducing reliance on contract labor. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in Cath Lab settings and be capable of navigating a high-change environment with grace. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. An active Georgia RN license is required. Minimum of five years in Cath Lab clinical practice and at least three years in a managerial or leadership role.

Compensation Details

Compensation Range : $160,000 to $170,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
