~ Class starts as early as Monday, October 27th with interviews NOW! ~
~ Training provided!
After training is complete, shifts will be scheduled between 8AM and 10PM CST
This TEMP to HIRE position will give you the opportunity to deliver high-quality service to callers from pharmacies, doctor's offices, and plan members AND give you the ability to work from home!
You are responsible to troubleshoot and provide resolution to inquiries on all topics,
striving for first contact resolution.
Work to meet department performance metrics and ensure your main priority will always be answering incoming calls .
Document all inquiries handled in a complete, clear, and concise manner.
Experience within health and / or pharmaceutical benefits, as well as claims A BONUS!
Must be proficient at utilizing multiple applications .
