Senior Sales TAX Accountant (Orlando)

A client in the Orlando, FL area is looking for a Sales Tax Accountant to join their Indirect Tax team remotely. This person will be filing Sales and Use tax returns through a system (not manually). They will be applying general tax rules and concepts to returns.

• Prepares and reviews quarterly estimated taxes, annual extensions
• Reviews and responds to government notices and audits
• Provides tax planning support, researches tax positions, prepares tax memos and resolves tax memos and resolves tax issues with lines of business
• Prepares and reviews fixed asset reports

Tax research

Experience in Vertex 0 Series setting up the system to make it calculate correctly, implementation

Strong Excel Experience VLOOKUP, pivot tables, summit

Bachelors degree in Accounting
