Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Work Details :

• Support staff : Anesthesia techs
• Patients per day : Approximately 150 anesthetics per day between Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, etc.
• Patient population / age : 18 Geriatric. Very limited pediatric cases but travelers is not included in pediatric cases
• Department description : Large department of 70 CRNAs with 15 anesthesiologists working under Medical Direction Care Team model providing anesthesia for generally, GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular cases
• EMR : Epic (Preferred)
• Special Equipment : Have Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps. Utilize Draeger anesthesia machines.
• Skills required : No regional or block skills needed Requirements :
• Board Certification : CRNA
• State license required : No
• DEA : Yes
• Certifications preferred : ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required : 1-2 years Credentialing Timeframe : days Willing To License? : Yes
