VP, Compliance
We are looking for an exceptional information security & compliance leader who will lead PVH's compliance globally. The VP, Compliance is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and advancing PVH Corp.'s global cybersecurity compliance and risk management strategy. Reporting to the SVP, Information Security (CISO), this individual will lead a cross-functional team to design, implement, and scale a comprehensive compliance program that protects information system assets, ensures adherence to global regulatory requirements, and aligns with business objectives.
Reporting into the SVP, Information Security, the VP, Compliance partners closely with business and technology leaders to align security priorities with PVH's overall objectives. This leader will be responsible for redeveloping and executing the strategic roadmap for information security across the organization. They will drive the development and execution of a cybersecurity risk strategy, support audits and regulatory exams (including SWIFT, PCI, and SOX), and maintain compliance with frameworks such as NIST 800-53, FIPS, GDPR, and CCPA. The VP will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide expert guidance on policy, standards, third-party risk, and vendor governance, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies and regulatory changes to inform and improve PVH's security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of cross-functional cybersecurity professionals to design, implement, and evolve a comprehensive compliance program that meets global regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute a global cybersecurity compliance strategy and roadmap, aligned with PVH's broader digital and business transformation goals.
- Translate technical information security risks into business impact statements to enable informed decision-making by senior leadership.
- Oversee compliance and risk management integration within IT projects, including assessments and onboarding of all third-party vendors and service providers.
- Serve as the key compliance advisor to internal delivery teams, ensuring policies, standards, and procedures are understood and followed across the enterprise.
- Lead and manage external audits and internal assessments, including SWIFT, PCI, and SOX compliance initiatives.
- Conduct client risk assessments, vendor due diligence, and manage third-party risk programs including SOC audit oversight.
- Ensure ongoing alignment with global data privacy and security regulations (e.g., NIST 800-53, FIPS, GDPR, CCPA).
- Continuously monitor the global regulatory landscape and assess the impact of new and evolving requirements on PVH's compliance posture.
- Drive employee awareness and accountability through the development of global security awareness programs and business continuity tabletop exercises.
- Foster a culture of compliance through effective leadership, communication, training, and development of cross-functional teams.
Key Qualifications
15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information risk, or IT compliance, with 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.Proven experience leading global compliance or risk management programs in a large, complex, and regulated organization.Deep knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards, including NIST, FIPS, GDPR, CCPA, SOX, SWIFT, PCI DSS, and industry best practices.Strong background in third-party risk, GRC frameworks, policy development, and audit readiness.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.Demonstrates integrity, ethics, and professionalism in handling confidential information and sensitive situations.Commitment to PVH's values and purpose-driven business model.PVH Americas and our brands, TOMMY HILFIGER and CALVIN KLEIN, are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse community of associates with a strong sense of belonging. Pay Range : $225,000 - $275,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
