Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm with a strong global presence, is seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Attorney to join its Los Angeles team in a salaried, non-partnership track role . This position offers a reduced billable hour target and the opportunity to work on sophisticated employment matters for high-profile clients within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing
- 6+ years (Class of 2018+) of substantive labor and employment law experience
- Litigation Expertise : Significant experience managing litigation matters independently, including drafting pleadings , managing discovery , taking depositions , and handling hearings
- Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills
- Ability to oversee case strategy, manage deadlines, and interact directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Professionalism : Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and a client-service mindset in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
