Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching responses as needed
Monitor medical alerts and alarms, providing compassionate support during critical situations
Record call details and update customer information in real-time while maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
Proficient typing skills (35 WPM) and familiarity with customer service software preferred
Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed
Minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload required for remote work
