About the Role :

We are seeking a Japanese speaking Associate NLP Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of Japanese A.I models., managing the development and delivery of end-to-end solutions that solve some of customers more challenging problems that make an impact in the world. The ideal candidate should have a technical background and experience in ML / AI technology and experience in end-to-end project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of Japanese NLP A.I models utilising a no-code environment.
• Perform quality assurance controls on newly developed product capabilities and features.
• Work with NLP Team Lead to develop a model roadmap.
• Working with sales, solutions consultants and customers to gather feedback and incorporate into the SDLC.
• Provide team’s workflow tasks including product feature backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories always ensuring the highest return on investment.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Work closely with senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Participate in user-experience research to identify obstacles, improve ease-of-use and customer satisfaction and drive user centric design.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risk, as well as working through ambiguity to find a clear path.
• Analyse competition and market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Work with the Product Manager to help define and drive the creation of end-to-end solution use cases.
• Ensure the software meets Nuix’s rigorous testing and quality standards by identifying and reporting bugs and UX issues.
