Job Description

As a Security Professional - Front Desk - Full Time in Brooklyn Heights, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while remaining attentive to any security-related concerns. By maintaining a professional presence and utilizing technology, you will help to deter incidents and support the community. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
