We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized RMA Clerk to join our dynamic team in Ontario, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities

  • Process and manage RMA requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their returns and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper handling of returned merchandise.
  • Maintain accurate records of RMA transactions and inventory levels.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to product returns and exchanges.
  • Generate reports on RMA trends and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding returns.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
