Requirements

Qualifications

• Independent license in both NY & NJ (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Credentialed (or eligible) with Medicaid and major insurers (Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem, Molina / Affinity).
• Strong documentation and telehealth skills.
• Culturally competent and respectful of diverse backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications
• Background in Christian counseling, pastoral counseling, or other faith-informed approaches.
• Experience integrating clients’ spiritual values into therapy in a respectful, client-centered way.
• Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred (bilingual candidates encouraged to apply).
