Varied Shifts, Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-7 : 30pm / 7 : 00pm-7 : 30am, with every other wknd / hol; 48hrs / 2wks

A Brief Overview

Delivers nursing care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends to understand residents conditions, medications, and self-care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re-evaluating care objectives.
