What Youll Do

As a Retail Associate, youll be the face of Hello Adorn in our flagship store, helping customers discover pieces theyll love and remember. Youll support daily operations, drive sales, and contribute to a warm, welcoming store culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with shoppers and repeat customers
• Manage transactions and returns using our POS system with accuracy and care
• Package purchases to brand standards and ensure every customer leaves delighted
• Offer personalized product recommendations and suggest thoughtful add-ons
• Support jewelry repairs and ensure timely turnaround for customers
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Stay informed on new product launches, promotions, and in-store events
• Learn and execute the Endless Bracelet process
• Assist with inventory receiving, restocking, and display accuracy

This is a part-time, seasonal, in-person role based in our retail store. Youll work Saturday and Sunday typically between 9 : 30AM and 6 : 30PM, and occasional Fridays between 9 : 30AM and 6 : 30PM.
