Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high standards of clinical care, and supporting our admissions process. The ideal candidate will have prior admissions experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring staff while ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision to nursing staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of resident care.

Oversee clinical operations during assigned shifts, including staffing, resident assessments, and timely documentation.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes and compliance with Title 22, OBRA, and CMS regulations.

Support the admissions process by completing clinical assessments, reviewing referral packets, and coordinating smooth resident transitions into the facility.

Serve as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and problem-solving support.

Respond promptly to emergencies, family concerns, and resident needs with professionalism and empathy.

Monitor infection control, medication administration, and care planning to ensure best practices are followed.

Maintain accurate, timely records and reports in compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Current, active California RN license in good standing.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or charge nurse role.

Preferred : Admissions experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations for SNFs.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time position, shift to be determined during the hiring process.
