Position Overview

As a Client Success Trainee , you’ll begin your career journey in the insurance industry with hands-on training and real-world experience. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, driven, and ready to grow within a remote, 100% commission environment. You'll learn how to build lasting relationships, serve existing clients, and help new policyholders feel supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Participate in onboarding and training to understand our client success strategies

Support clients through the insurance application and onboarding process

Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding

Maintain accurate client records and activity reports in the CRM

Learn how to identify opportunities for policy updates, renewals, or upsells

Provide responsive, caring service to every client interaction

Work alongside experienced agents and team leaders for mentorship
