Contract Administrator
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator plays a crucial role in managing contracts and agreements within the organization, acting as a liaison support role between sales and operations. This position will be on-site for initial training with a possible transition to a hybrid role in the future. The role requires an organized individual with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team on contract package creation for key accounts to ensure accuracy and expedite entry into the proprietary database.
- Manage workload to ensure coverage during high-volume periods and meet deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day contract generation for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and completeness of contract packages sent to prospects and existing clients.
- Manage the completion of all contract package submissions and distribute them to appropriate departments.
- Work with the Business Process Documentation Specialist on contract entry for resign clients.
- Assist with online data retrieval, including tax statements, property data cards, GIS maps, and assessed value notices.
- Utilize standard naming conventions to ensure documents are saved according to system requirements.
Essential Skills
Strong communication and organizational skills for creating and circulating time-sensitive documents across multiple team members.Attention to detail and accuracy.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Practical knowledge and technical skills with computer applications and software, including Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).Experience in document control or records management is a plus.Qualifications
Real Estate Industry knowledge / experience is a plus.Experience in Legal, Title Company, or Property Management is beneficial.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
