AUTO OFFER POSITION  Lutheran Hospital  RN / CVIC Shift : Nights, 5p-5a, every other weekend  Duration : 13 weeks  GH : 72 bi-weekly Bill rate : $90 / hr RTO : no approved time off the weeks of 11 / 23 / 25,12 / 21 / 25 and 12 / 28 / 25 RTO max :  if a full week is requested off will add it to the end of the contract to equal 13 weeks worked Certification : BLS, ACLS Scope of role :  All CVIC nurses rotate between ICU and step down.  Experience with invasive line monitoring, central lines, ventilators, chest tubes, vasoactive drips, bedside procedures Required skills :  chest tubes, central lines, Candidates must have a background with a proficient level of performance in the care of critically ill cardiothoracic and vascular patient. Patient ratio :  1 : 1, 2 : 1, or 3 : 1 in the ICU (depending on staffing and acuity of the patients); 4 to 5 : 1 in step-down Years of experience required : 2 years Number of beds in unit :  42 total 22 ICU and 20 Step Down Floating : required to other ICUs Dept scrub color : Navy blue  EMR : Cerner TRAVELERS SUBMITTED  MUST  ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED TRAVELERS  MUST  BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY – LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED !
