Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Milledgeville, GA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient health, conducting assessments, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, the role includes educating patients and families about healthcare plans, documenting patient information accurately, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in administering medications and monitoring patient health
• Skills in conducting patient assessments and providing direct patient care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for educating patients and families
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Experience in behavioral health or mental health settings is a plus
