Position : Maintenance Electrician

Location : Maumelle, AR

Pay : $25–$35 / hour BOE

Shifts : Day (6 AM–6 PM) | Night (6 PM–6 AM)

BelFlex has partnered with a top company in Maumelle seeking skilled Maintenance Electricians . This multi-craft role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.

What You’ll Do :

Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment

Work with PLCs, Servo & Frequency drives

Perform preventative / predictive maintenance

Support plant safety, quality, and production goals

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years industrial maintenance experience

Strong knowledge of industrial electricity & control systems

Ability to read schematics / blueprints

High school diploma required (technical degree preferred)

Must pass background & drug screen
